This is what happens to us silly people who wait until December 1st to start doing there Christmas shopping... you have to do it in a snow storm.
The great thing about shopping in a snow storm is- if you can get there, no crowds. Seriously no one was out- funny huh? Can't believe it I know, it's just a little snow.
Actually we were just out for a little bit since I needed to go work for a couple of hours. After shopping Brett & I came home to this fun sight. (I took the photos from the car- it's way too cold & wet people.)
Look at all the snow on the missionaries car, or should I say Jack's car- hee hee.
Yep, 8 inches at noon & still snowing. Don't worry it stopped. The roads are clear & all is well. While I was gone the dish couldn't get a satellite signal for a while, but hey I wasn't home so what do I care? JK :D
What a cutie.While I was at work this guy shoveled all the snow & cleaned out the garage which was full of saw dust from the new floors & Trent's building projects - hurray they're gone (scrap wood from the neighbors remodel all nailed together, it's awful & he has a heart attack if you try to throw it away.). Is this guy handy or what?!

i learned to drive in the snow going to school in ithaca, ny, and i have to say i'm fairly handy at it. not much use for that talent here on the north carolina coast, though...

We didn't get as much snow as you guys, but we got a decent amount. The kids woke me up at 8:30 because they couldn't wait any longer to get out there and play in it.
