boys, boys, and more boys!

Confession:
I have thousands of pictures on my phone.
I won't delete them & you can't make me.
My husband thinks I'm crazy.
I don't care.
Here are a few that I either took or one of the kids sent me of my darling Grandsons last year 2014.

Peter

Crew with Uncle Jack

Charlie

Megan's boys, Trent & I at the aquarium.

Babysitting the twins.

My boys after last year's Priesthood Session of General Conference.
Guess what?

This summer Trent is actually as tall as Brett!
One year and all that growth- that's one of the many reasons why I have so many photos.

BOYS~BOYS~BOYS!

Yesterday
 Brian & Laura
had the ultra sound that would tell them just what kind of twins they will be having!
BOYS
two exactly the same size twin boys.
It looks like they will be identical & they are healthy & growing and beautiful!

I know it's hard to tell-
but these are the two heads facing each other with hands up.

To announce the exciting news-
they had the two Grandmothers meet & we together opened a box
then
two
blue
balloons
popped up!

I of course,
flipped out.
We would be happy either way- boys or girls!
but healthy twins
It just doesn't get any better than this

where in the world did trent get that coon skin cap?

Yes-
It's true...
I bought these boys
Coon skin caps.
Don't throw paint on us- they're not real.

We bought them on the way home from Megan's house in a little gas station somewhere between here & Cedar City, Utah-- aka: the middle of no where.
They were $8.00.
I had bought the girls flowery headbands in Arkansas for $12 each, so hey- it was the least I could do to buy the boys these... even though they are tacky & Trent won't take his off.

Every where we go these days, people comment on Trent's hat.
"Hey- Daniel Boone- he where'd you get that hat? - cool hat kid-"
we've heard it all.
It's a good thing he can't wear hats in school.
and it's a good thing missionaries don't wear hats in Brazil!
All I know is-
I won't have too many more grand kids if the plan to grow stashes, then wear these hats to their college classes when Jack gets home pans out.

Outer Darkness

I think I have found out what Hell is. Being in a car with your family on an extended car trip. I am being dramatic for those of you who are judging now. In our family the older boys cannot be together for more than 30 seconds without discussing bodily functions & past ones. Of course, I can't help but laugh (loud) at them which keeps it going. Trent has such a hard time sitting still- Brian was driving & he kept yelling up to him- Brian pull over I want to go for a walk! I tried to quilt my lap quilt, it's almost done but that was a big mistake. What was I thinking? I forgot my camera cord & I have dozens of great pictures from the 4th. I will post them on Saturday. check out my PG-13 funny quote for the day. :)
