It's a very rainy, winter day here -- so Savory Thick Beef Stew with Leslie's Salad & Chloe's homemade bread was on the menu.

Vanilla ice cream balls that have been rolled in toasted coconut, on a brownie (my favorite scratch brownie) with Chloe's caramel sauce over the top!

We're thinking of staying home for Valentine's this year, since Marc recently started the South Beach diet! It really limits what I can cook, though...
oh my goodness that dessert looks divine!!! we are doing valentine dinner early also (tonight) since tuesdays are such busy crazy days at out house. i was trying to think of what to do for dessert - i may have to copy you there! does chloe want to come make bread for me? :)
