missionary jack

It's official
Today
his papers go in....
(there really are no "papers"- everything is on the computer)
So here we go again-
Enter our contest to guess

WHERE IN THE WORLD IS MISSIONARY JACK GOING!

It should take at least a week & a half to get real papers back with his mission call.
Leave a guess in the comments section & the person closest will get a gift card to...
somewhere?
I am letting jack decide.
I don't want to bug him at 6:30 AM. He is for sure sleeping away in his dorm room or up finishing the three books & three papers he had to write this weekend. Finals are just around the corner- next week- rough.

We have a globe & answer jar on the table & there is stiff competition from anyone who comes in the door for the next week- but enter--- enter anyway!
Ya I have a fever blister... and headache... but it's gonna be good.... all good...
Brian tells me he was never scared, not once while he was in Chile.
-One thing I know for sure-
Jack
he is going to be a gReat Missionary

  1. How exciting! I think it's so great that the turnaround time for mission calls is so fast.

My guess is somewhere in Japan because I can just picture tall, red-headed Jack standing high above all those Asians.

  7. I thought he would go somewhere in Asia too, like Jill. I so can imagine Jack so tall and that red hair.

It would also be cool if he went to Chile to.
I don't know where he will go but he will be missed for sure.

  15. Can I just say how much we lOVE Brian? And after last night we all are excited to wager on where Jack is going. I say Russia, Michael says Japan, Molly says Chile (cause she thinks now that's the best place to serve!), Mack says Texas, and Joey says New Hampshire would be cool...not sure if that's an official vote or not... After last night I had to check out the blog...I spent the rest of the evening in tears...we are lucky to have you in our lives! xoxo

  16. I'll go with England. Just 'cuz it's pretty much the coolest place and I can totally picture Jack there. Well, that and another red-head (although he says strawberry blonde!) I know went there. Yeah, I just love England!

  19. I put a comment in on Monday but for some dumb reason it didn't post.....stupid blogger!!!

My first thought before I even read the comments was Japan. We would love that at our house because then he could help us with family history.

But since someone else already said Japan we will say Australia.

  20. Ooh, Japan was my first thought, too! So, um ... maybe, I don't know, Finland?

  23. So I came down to officially enter, after leaving "Chile" as my answer. But then I remembered Brian went to Chile--THAT'S why it popped into my head!!!

    I'm changing it.

    Ummmm.....France.

  24. Ok, scratch that. Chile popped into my mind and that's what I'm sticking with!

    I vote Chile.

    That's my final answer.
